We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our dynamic full-time team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our guests enjoy a pristine and comfortable stay. The Room Attendant will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, replenishing supplies, and upholding high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred but not required
  • Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures

Job Duties

  • Clean and maintain 19 guest rooms per shift, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Make beds, change linens, and replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and amenities
  • Vacuum, dust, and sanitize all surfaces within assigned rooms
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
  • Follow hotel policies and safety procedures to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff
  • Maintain cleanliness of hallways, stairwells, and common areas as needed
  • Assist with special cleaning requests and other duties as assigned by supervisors
