The company values humility, teamwork, and the relentless pursuit of being ahead of the curve in fashion, culture, and consumer behavior. Equinox isn’t just an employer; it is a community where success is a collective effort, and everyone is encouraged to unleash their untapped potential through a disruptive, innovative approach.
This position is for Housekeeping Associates at Equinox's newest club opening in Culver City, Los Angeles, a city known for its creative energy and vibrant culture. The club is located in the revitalized former Sony Pictures site, blending legendary past and exciting future opportunities. This role is crucial for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members, prospective members, and guests. Housekeeping Associates are responsible for ensuring that all club areas, including exercise equipment, locker rooms, storage spaces, and common areas, meet the highest standard of cleanliness and are well-maintained.
Housekeeping Associates at Equinox will be the first line of defense in providing excellent customer service by presenting a clean and inviting atmosphere. Duties include cleaning the locker rooms, stocking consumables, organizing storage, maintaining exercise equipment, and assisting during special events. The role requires the appropriate and efficient use of janitorial equipment and notifying the Maintenance Manager when rooms or equipment require immediate attention. This position is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive hourly wage of $16.78 and the chance to join a high-energy, collaborative team at one of the world’s most respected lifestyle brands.
Equinox offers more than just a job; it provides a supportive environment where employees enjoy competitive salaries, industry-leading commission opportunities, and benefits such as complimentary club memberships. Employees also receive perks and incentives on Equinox’s diverse offerings including personal training, Pilates, spa services, and retail shop products.
