The Housekeeping Associate role at WorldMark New Braunfels Resort is a full-time position paying $15.50 per hour. This summer seasonal position requires weekend availability and plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and quality standards of resort units. The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for cleaning sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, ensuring all areas meet the company’s rigorous standards. Beyond general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing, this role includes replenishing supplies like kitchenware and toiletries, managing linens efficiently, making beds, and maintaining positive guest and associate relationships. Acting with professionalism and responsiveness, the associate will handle guest inquiries and resolve issues, contributing to an overall improved guest experience.

The position demands the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team, embodying a professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude. Associates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively with guests, employees, and owners, and have the physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
