Team members will also handle waste management duties, including emptying trash and medical waste containers, and ensuring proper disposal of sharps. The associate will need to restock supplies like toilet tissue, paper towels, and hand soap across all facility areas to support smooth hospital operations.

Due to the nature of the healthcare setting, the job may involve exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and the use of cleaning chemicals, thus requiring thorough comprehension of safety protocols and material safety data sheets. The role calls for excellent communication skills as the associate will interact with patients, staff, and visitors, responding effectively to their requests and inquiries. Schedule flexibility is required for shifts primarily from 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with weekend and holiday rotations and an additional $1 per hour weekend shift differential when applicable.
