This full-time Housekeeping Associate position at Club Wyndham La Cascada Resort plays a crucial role in supporting daily resort operations by maintaining the cleanliness and quality standards of the resort units. The role entails cleaning various parts of the resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, while adhering to strict housekeeping detail standards. Responsibilities include vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, making beds, and replenishing supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries. Additionally, the Housekeeping Associate is tasked with sorting, counting, folding, marking, or carrying linens, as well as maintaining positive relationships with guests and fellow associates. The role demands excellent communication skills to effectively respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The position is paid at a competitive rate of $16.25 per hour.
