The role of Housekeeping Associate at Carillon Senior Living is integral to maintaining the high standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall environment quality within the Health Center. This position is hourly paid, offering between $12 and $15 an hour, with a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors by performing thorough cleaning and maintenance tasks. Working under the general direction of the Environmental Services Manager, this role demands attention to detail, efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols. The associate will be expected to carry out housekeeping duties across various assigned rooms and common areas, using proper chemicals and tools as prescribed by the community’s standards. An essential part of the job involves managing supplies and equipment properly, adhering to the schedule, and cooperating with the team to uphold the community’s reputation for exceptional hospitality. In addition to cleaning, the Housekeeping Associate will participate in training sessions that focus on health, safety, and service excellence.
