We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Housekeeping Associate to join our dedicated team. This role is essential to maintaining the integrity and appeal of our guest rooms and public areas by ensuring spotless cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations. The Housekeeping Associate will play a pivotal part in delivering an exceptional guest experience, supporting the hotel’s mission to exceed customer expectations. This is a hands-on position requiring attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while interacting with guests in a courteous and professional manner. Responsibilities include the thorough cleaning of guestrooms, replenishing supplies, maintaining housekeeping carts and equipment, and reporting any maintenance issues to ensure the property remains in prime condition.

The successful candidate will be knowledgeable about proper cleaning techniques, chemical use, and safety standards relevant to the hospitality industry. Adherence to company policies related to guest service recovery, lost and found procedures, and emergency protocols is critical. Working as part of a team, the Housekeeping Associate will assist and communicate effectively with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience. The job requires physical stamina to lift heavy objects, stand, walk, kneel, and bend for extended periods, all essential to fulfilling daily tasks efficiently and effectively. This full-time position offers a competitive starting pay of $18.50 per hour and comes with a comprehensive benefits package. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • prior housekeeping or laundry experience preferred

Job Duties
