The Housekeeping Associate plays a vital role in maintaining the pristine environment and smooth operation of the Club. This position is key to ensuring that the Clubhouse, Member cottages, homes, and other designated areas are kept clean, orderly, and inviting. The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for providing top-notch service aimed at exceeding the expectations of Members and guests by maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and attentiveness to detail. This role demands a positive, flexible, and proactive attitude to meet the dynamic needs of the Club and its distinguished client base.
The Housekeeping Associate’s daily responsibilities include performing a range of cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces throughout the Club facilities. Attention to detail is crucial in maintaining the Club’s elegant atmosphere, ensuring that all areas from the Clubhouse to Member residences reflect the quality and prestige Castle Pines Golf Club embodies. Beyond routine cleaning, the Associate is also tasked with reporting any repair needs to supervisors, ensuring the upkeep and proper care of all Club equipment and facilities.
Safety is a top priority in this role. The Housekeeping Associate must follow strict safety standards while performing duties, especially when operating golf carts or handling cleaning chemicals. Flexibility in work hours is necessary, including availability during peak seasons marked by weekends and holidays.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Good communication skills
- Trustworthy and dependable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays during peak periods
Job Qualifications
- Ability to withstand moderate physical activity including bending, stooping, walking up and down stairs, and lifting anywhere from 20 to 40 pounds
- Ability to work with and safely handle exposure to cleaning and laundry chemicals
- Ability to work under variable temperatures and noise levels for indoor and outdoor settings
- Availability to work weekends and holidays, if needed, during peak season
- Willingness to be trained and follow Standard Operating Procedure for all job functions
- Ability to create positive and memorable interactions with all Members and guests
- willingness to be trained in Guest Service
Job Duties
- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the Clubhouse, Cottages, Member homes, and any additional areas of the Club needing special attention
- Report anything in need of repair to the Supervisor
- Ensure proper care of all Club equipment and facilities
- Follow all safety standards, including safe operation of golf carts
