With a longstanding history of excellence, Life Care Centers of America provides comprehensive healthcare services, focusing on rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and long-term care. Its dedication to upholding the highest standards of care distinguishes it as a trusted name in healthcare.
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team at one of our affiliated facilities as a Housekeeping Aide. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our patients and staff, which is essential to the overall quality of care we provide. As part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team, the Housekeeping Aide contributes significantly to the day-to-day operations that ensure our facilities meet stringent cleanliness standards and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care Center protocols.
The Housekeeping Aide is responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting, polishing, emptying wastebaskets, cleaning, replenishing supplies, and mopping floors. Attention to detail and adherence to sanitation best practices are paramount in this role, as it directly impacts patient health and safety. Working independently and as part of a team, the Housekeeping Aide helps create an inviting and hygienic atmosphere that supports patient recovery and enhances the experience of visitors and staff. Moreover, this role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain professional, positive interactions with patients, associates, vendors, and other stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to advance their careers in healthcare or those who wish to be part of an organization that values dedication, compassion, and excellence in service. Whether you have prior healthcare experience or are new to the field, we invite you to join us as we continue to grow and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families. If you possess a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment, you may be the perfect fit for our housekeeping team.
