The competitive salary for the full-time Housekeeping Aide position ranges from $17.13 to $19.73 per hour. The available shifts include a full-time day schedule Tuesday through Saturday from 7:00am to 3:30pm, with PRN (as needed) shifts available for day, evening, and weekends.

The Housekeeping Aide role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, patients, staff, and visitors. This position involves routine housekeeping activities such as dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting, polishing, waste removal, cleaning, replenishing supplies, and mopping. Working in adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards, the role supports the facility's mission to provide excellent quality care in a hygienic and orderly setting. Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude towards patients are vital, alongside the ability to make independent decisions when necessary. Job Duties

  • Perform day-to-day housekeeping services including dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting, polishing, emptying wastebaskets, cleaning, replenishing supplies, and mopping
  • Maintain cleanliness in patient rooms, common areas, and facility premises
  • Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards for sanitation and safety
  • Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
  • Collaborate professionally with associates, vendors, and other team members
  • Report maintenance or safety hazards promptly
