We are currently seeking a full-time, permanent Housekeeping Aide to join the Valley West team. This role is affiliated with Life Care Centers of America, a privately owned healthcare leader with over 47 years of industry experience and more than 200 locations across the United States. As a Housekeeping Aide, you will be a vital part of our professional team, playing a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and attractiveness of our facility. The Housekeeping Aide will be responsible for various routine housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting, polishing, emptying wastebaskets, cleaning, replenishing supplies, and mopping. This role demands attention to detail and adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards to maintain a sanitary and inviting atmosphere. You will have the autonomy to make independent decisions when situations require and will be expected to maintain professional relationships with colleagues, vendors, and residents alike. Exhibiting excellent customer service skills and maintaining a positive attitude toward patients is essential to this role.
