Brandon Wilde is currently seeking a dedicated and hospitality-focused Housekeeping and Laundry Lead to join their Environmental Services team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall comfort of the community's living spaces. As a Housekeeping and Laundry Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and training staff, coordinating work assignments, and conducting regular inspections to ensure high standards. This position requires a hands-on leader who can step in to perform housekeeping, laundry, or porter duties as needed while managing the day-to-day operations of the Environmental Services Department. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, with some weekend availability, and the pay rate is up to $15 per hour.

In this role, you will plan, organize, and direct housekeeping and laundry services, working closely with other departments to maintain a clean and sanitary environment throughout the facility. You will help develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure the effective use of supplies and equipment, recommending improvements to management when necessary. Your leadership and attention to detail will directly impact the quality of life for residents by providing a safe and welcoming environment.
