We are currently seeking a hospitality-focused Housekeeping & Laundry Lead to join our dynamic Environmental Services team. This full-time role offers a competitive pay rate of up to $15 per hour and a schedule primarily Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, with weekend availability expected. The Housekeeping & Laundry Lead plays a critical leadership role in supervising, training, and coordinating the efforts of housekeeping staff to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and comfort of the community. This position is instrumental in ensuring that all housekeeping and laundry services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

This role includes planning, organizing, and directing the Environmental Services Department’s programs and activities, coordinating services with other departments, and assisting in the development and maintenance of policies and procedures. The Housekeeping & Laundry Lead is also responsible for conducting regular inspections, addressing issues promptly, and maintaining an effective and well-equipped team. In addition to leadership duties, the lead actively participates in daily housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting to ensure common areas and apartments are impeccably maintained.
