Job Description
The Pennant Group, Inc. is a prominent holding company that operates a variety of independent senior living communities, home health, and hospice agencies across the United States. Each subsidiary operates independently with its own management and employees, focusing on delivering exceptional healthcare and senior living services. Our communities are dedicated to providing compassionate care and an enriching environment for residents and their families. We are committed to upholding the highest standards in healthcare services and continuously strive to foster a supportive, respectful, and engaging atmosphere for both residents and staff.
We are currently seeking a Housekeeper to join our team in our senior living community. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community to ensure a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for all residents, staff, and visitors. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing daily cleaning tasks across various areas such as resident rooms, common spaces, restrooms, offices, and wellness centers. This position requires a reliable individual who exhibits a positive attitude, takes initiative, and can work both independently and as part of a team. Our core values—Celebration, Accountability, Passion for Learning, Love One Another, Intelligent Risk Taking, Customer Second (Employee First), and Ownership—serve as guiding principles for our workplace culture. If these values resonate with you, and you are driven to contribute positively to the lives of senior residents, this role offers a rewarding opportunity.
The Housekeeper will ensure regulatory standards for cleanliness and infection control are met consistently. Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility are critical as this role directly impacts the health and comfort of our residents. Flexibility and adaptability are also important, as resident needs and community requirements may change. This position offers hourly pay ranging from $17 to $18 depending on experience and qualifications. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer emphasizing fairness and respect in our hiring practices. Joining our team means becoming part of a community that values professional growth and the well-being of both its employees and residents. This role supports our ongoing commitment to creating a warm, supportive, and safe environment where seniors can thrive and live with dignity.
