Job Duties

perform daily cleaning tasks for resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices, wellness areas, and other designated areas as assigned
ensure efficient, timely, and friendly service to residents, staff, and guests
maintain community and regulatory standards for cleanliness and infection control
address work-related problems with proper individuals
communicate resident concerns to management in a timely manner
exhibit a positive customer service attitude by being approachable and friendly
respect residents' rights and demonstrate adaptability to their changing needs
