Job Duties

  • perform daily cleaning tasks for resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices, wellness areas, and other designated areas as assigned
  • ensure efficient, timely, and friendly service to residents, staff, and guests
  • maintain community and regulatory standards for cleanliness and infection control
  • address work-related problems with proper individuals
  • communicate resident concerns to management in a timely manner
  • exhibit a positive customer service attitude by being approachable and friendly
  • respect residents' rights and demonstrate adaptability to their changing needs
