This position is for a full-time non-management Housekeeping and Laundry role at the Greenville Courtyard location. Unlike typical housekeeping jobs that focus solely on cleaning rooms and making beds, this role emphasizes creating unique and memorable guest experiences. Housekeeping Specialists at Courtyard are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of all areas within the hotel, including guest rooms and public spaces. They are empowered to proactively anticipate and respond to guest needs, manage cleaning supplies, and thoroughly execute cleaning procedures. This role requires individuals who are highly motivated, physically active, and detail-oriented to ensure the hotel environment consistently meets Marriott’s quality standards.

Housekeeping Specialists contribute significantly to the overall guest experience by ensuring that every space supports a positive and comfortable stay. These professionals are frequently moving, standing, sitting, and walking through the hotel, performing tasks such as moving and lifting items up to 50 pounds, and replenishing cleaning carts. Attention to detail, adherence to company policies, confidentiality, and maintaining professional appearance and communication are essential aspects of this role.
