The role of a Guest Environment Expert at Courtyard by Marriott is pivotal in maintaining the hotel’s cleanliness, appearance, and overall ambience, directly contributing to a memorable and positive guest experience. This full-time, non-management position operates primarily in public areas, guest rooms, and the laundry to ensure that the hotel is consistently presented at its best. Those hired will work a schedule that prefers two overnight shifts per week and will be compensated at $20.20 per hour. The Guest Environment Expert is empowered to proactively manage a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks, from handling guest requests to replenishing housekeeping carts, cleaning rooms and common spaces, and supporting other operational responsibilities.

More than just ensuring a clean room or fresh linens, this role is about creating an atmosphere that welcomes and delights guests. The position requires physical stamina, as employees are regularly on their feet, walking, standing, and moving items up to 50 pounds without assistance.
