White Lodging is currently looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to join their team. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service that the company promises to its guests. As a Housekeeper with White Lodging, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that guests receive the highest quality of service by providing clean, comfortable, and well-stocked environments in guest rooms, common areas, and service spaces. The Housekeeper role involves a range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the guest experience. These duties include cleaning and restocking linen closets as well as storage rooms, maintaining housekeeping carts with sanitized glasses and cups, vacuuming and mopping hallways and stairwells, and cleaning offices, front office areas, and associate break rooms. Beyond these tasks, the role may require other duties as assigned, reflecting the dynamic and varied nature of working within a premier hotel environment. This diversity of tasks ensures that no two days are the same and that each day presents new opportunities to contribute to the comfort and satisfaction of guests.

The company supports its staff with thorough training and expects housekeepers to complete certification sign-off after training to ensure standards are consistently met. Physical capability is also an important aspect of this role, with the ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally, along with the ability to stand and move for extended periods of time.

Job Requirements
- Experience in housekeeping or related field
- Ability to lift, carry or move up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications
- Experience and desire to give guests the best service and experience
- Ability to take initiative and self-motivate
