Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • compassionate and respectful attitude toward elderly or disabled individuals

Job Duties

  • clean resident rooms and common areas
  • maintain sanitary conditions in all assigned areas
  • report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
  • assist in organizing and stocking cleaning supplies
  • interact positively with residents to support their emotional well-being
  • follow all health, safety, and infection control protocols
  • support the care staff as needed
