Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts including holidays and both weekend days
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance
- Willingness to undergo background and drug screening as required
- Commitment to following company policies and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or similar experience preferred
- Ability to work various shifts including holidays and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Familiarity with safety and sanitation policies
- Professional demeanor and guest-service orientation
Job Duties
- Cleaning and maintaining designated areas including guest rooms, offices, and storage rooms
- Cleaning and folding laundry for resort rooms, fitness club, and spa
- Delivering guest-requested items such as additional linens, hair dryers, kitchen items, additional bedding, or childcare items
- Receiving delivery of clean linen and preparing soiled linen for pick up
- Ensuring satisfaction of after-hours housekeeping services, room touch-ups, and guest-requested items
- Welcoming and greeting guests and anticipating and addressing their needs
- Interacting with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
