The role of Guest Environment Expert at Sheraton Austin Georgetown Hotel & Conference Center is a vital position within the Housekeeping and Laundry team. This full-time, non-management role focuses on ensuring that the hotel maintains an immaculate appearance and provides an environment that reflects the brand’s commitment to outstanding service. This includes carrying out detailed cleaning duties in both guest rooms and public spaces, replenishing supplies, addressing guest requests, and supporting other team members as needed. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to move about extensively, as associates often stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
