Avenues Recovery Center is a reputable nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers with eighteen locations spanning seven states. Currently, Avenues Recovery Center is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to join its South Bend, Indiana location. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and overall functionality of the facility to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both clients and staff. The Housekeeping Aide will perform routine custodial duties, restock supplies, manage waste disposal, and support the Executive Director with various operational needs. This position requires a dedicated individual with a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Job Duties
- maintain the cleanliness and smooth function of property and plant
- perform routine custodial duties such as cleaning, restocking, removing garbage etc
- provide consistent operational support as required by the executive director
- complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of facility
- report on all activities completed, escalating any concerns to the executive director
