Job Duties
- ensure efficient, timely and friendly service to all residents, staff and guests
- perform daily cleaning tasks for resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices, wellness areas, and other designated areas as assigned
- maintain community and regulatory standards for cleanliness and infection control
- exhibit a positive customer service attitude by being approachable, friendly, and willing to assist others
- adapt and be flexible in response to changing resident needs
- respect residents’ rights
- display personal initiative to complete work without constant supervision
- demonstrate reliable work attendance and consistent completion of job duties
- address work-related problems with the proper individuals
- communicate resident concerns to management in a timely manner
- maintain confidentiality of both resident and staff information
- present with a neat, clean appearance
