We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping professional to join our team at Golf Villas at Oro Valley. The Housekeeper will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the property. This includes cleaning resident units, common areas, hallways, and other designated spaces to create a pleasant environment for residents and guests. This position requires physical stamina, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The Housekeeper will be responsible for tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, dusting furniture and fixtures, changing bed linens, replenishing supplies, and properly disposing of trash and recycling. Additionally, the role involves reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management and adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies. Providing excellent customer service and responding to resident requests professionally are essential components of this role. Flexible shifts are available, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the community and the individual's schedule. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
  • reliable and punctual
  • good communication skills in English

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize resident units, common areas, hallways, and other designated spaces
  • vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures
  • change bed linens and replenish supplies as needed
  • dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with property guidelines
  • report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
  • follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
  • maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition
  • provide excellent customer service and respond to resident requests professionally
