This role is based onsite at their Woodland, Washington facility and supports day shift hours, primarily from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with schedules potentially including weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.

The Janitorial Team Member position is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary facility environment that meets the company’s high standards for food safety and employee well-being. Individuals in this role will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, breakrooms, restrooms, hallways, and production support areas to ensure a hygienic workplace that supports smooth daily operations. Essential duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal across the facility, restocking necessary cleaning and sanitation supplies, and following established sanitation procedures and safety guidelines at all times. The role requires operating cleaning equipment safely and using cleaning chemicals correctly to uphold safety and operational standards. Additionally, team members are expected to promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors, supporting proactive facility management and a preventative work culture.
