We are currently seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a Housekeeper. This part-time position requires approximately 2 hours of work each day, Monday through Friday, making it an ideal role for someone who values a consistent schedule with manageable hours. The primary focus of this role is to support the daily operations of our preschool by managing laundry duties, assisting with snack preparation, organizing cleaning supplies, and performing light tidying tasks. This critical support helps maintain the overall functionality and cleanliness of the preschool, contributing to a positive experience for both the children and staff.

Key responsibilities include laundry management, which involves washing, drying, folding, and putting away linens to ensure that all bedding and cloth items are clean and ready for daily use. Snack and light food preparation involve preparing nutritious daily snacks, washing fruits and vegetables thoroughly, and ensuring that the pantry is stocked adequately for daily needs. Additionally, this role includes cleaning preparation tasks such as assembling and organizing cleaning supplies, restocking cleaning caddies, and keeping the utility closet tidy and accessible.

The housekeeper will also be responsible for general organization within shared areas, ensuring that household supplies like paper towels and soap are well-stocked and easily accessible to the staff. Light tidying duties such as emptying the dishwasher and wiping down counters as needed will support overall hygiene and efficiency.

This role is vital in maintaining a clean and orderly environment that aligns with our preschool's values and standards.
