The Housekeeper role at Azura of Verona is a vital position that ensures the community remains clean, organized, and inviting. This full-time role operates on a schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, four days per week, plus every other weekend, demonstrating the importance of maintaining a consistently high standard of cleanliness throughout the community. The housekeeper is responsible not only for physical cleanliness but also for contributing positively to the residents’ daily experiences by fostering an environment that supports health, comfort, and well-being.

In this position, you will be an integral part of the team, helping to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards that directly impact the quality of life for senior residents. The role requires a ‘clean as you go’ approach and demands attention to detail in keeping all resident and community areas neat and hygienic. Working closely with residents and their families, the housekeeper must exhibit respect and compassion, recognizing the sensitive nature of senior care environments, particularly those involving memory care. Physical tasks include lifting and moving objects up to 45 pounds, supporting the varied housekeeping needs of the community as assigned.
