Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Conduct morning briefings for housekeeping staff
- assign daily tasks and manage staff schedules and attendance
- inspect guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
- address and resolve issues of substandard work
- train new housekeepers on proper cleaning techniques, chemical safety, and equipment usage
- monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities
- respond promptly to guest complaints and special requests
- identify and log maintenance issues and coordinate with maintenance team
