We are currently seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and oversee the daily cleaning operations within the facility. This role is integral to ensuring that guest rooms and public areas meet stringent cleanliness, safety, and brand standards consistently. The Housekeeping Supervisor will serve as the pivotal link between the cleaning staff and management, facilitating smooth operations, fostering team development, and enhancing overall productivity. Responsibilities include staff training, scheduling, conducting thorough inspections, managing supply inventories, and promptly addressing guest concerns. This position requires a proactive leader with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality management

  • proficiency in training and supervising staff
  • knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols
  • ability to inspect and maintain quality control standards
  • customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • Conduct morning briefings for housekeeping staff
  • assign daily tasks and manage staff schedules and attendance
  • inspect guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
  • address and resolve issues of substandard work
  • train new housekeepers on proper cleaning techniques, chemical safety, and equipment usage
  • monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities
  • respond promptly to guest complaints and special requests
  • identify and log maintenance issues and coordinate with maintenance team
