This role at Rolling Green Village is for hospitality-minded housekeepers who are passionate about joining a team committed to outstanding care and service. This position is hourly with a base pay of $15 per hour plus an additional $4 weekend shift differential, recognizing the importance of work performed outside of regular weekday hours. Housekeepers are responsible for performing general housekeeping duties within both private apartments and common areas. Tasks include vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting all cleared flat surfaces to ensure a well-maintained living space for residents. Housekeepers also manage the upkeep of hallways and other communal areas under the guidance of supervisors. Prioritizing and accomplishing tasks efficiently according to supervisory instructions is essential to meet the high standards of cleanliness expected within the community. Maintaining equipment and supplies in good working order is also part of the job, as is participating in in-service training and education to continuously enhance performance. Confidentiality in handling resident information is strictly enforced, promoting trust and respect for residents' privacy.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Must be able to lift and move cleaning equipment
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Willingness to comply with health and safety standards

Job Duties
