Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Some related experience preferred
Ability to perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, waxing, disinfecting, and washing windows
Ability to handle trash disposal and waste management
Customer service skills with a courteous demeanor
Effective communication skills
Ability to respect and understand the needs of senior residents
Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, climb stairs, use hands frequently, and lift/move up to 50 pounds
Ability to operate cleaning tools and communication devices
Ability to apply judgment and problem-solving skills
Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines
Willingness to report maintenance issues to appropriate personnel

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Some related experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to read and comprehend documents
Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions
Ability to deal with problems involving several variables
Ability to maintain a courteous business-like manner
