Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years of previous housekeeping experience
- excellent cleaning and organizational skills
- excellent time management skills
- maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with all guests
- able to bend, flex, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
- lift at least 25 pounds
- must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions, including heat and rain
- all applicants must work weekends and holidays
- reliable transportation
- valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a positive welcoming manner
- sanitize and disinfect high touch surfaces
- clean bathrooms and fixtures
- pick up trash and debris
- clean staff offices
- provide information and directions to guests concerning the walk through, rules and events
- proactively report any concerns or supplies needed to the supervisor
