The role of the full-time Housekeeper at Lion Country Safari is integral to maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall atmosphere of the park. The housekeeper’s responsibilities include sanitizing and disinfecting high-touch surfaces, cleaning bathrooms and fixtures, and ensuring staff offices and public areas are well-kept. Additionally, the role requires interacting positively with guests, providing them with information and directions regarding the park rules, events, and walk-through exhibits.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of previous housekeeping experience
  • excellent cleaning and organizational skills
  • excellent time management skills

  • lift at least 25 pounds
  • must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions, including heat and rain
