Schulte Hospitality Group is a distinguished third-party management company with extensive, multi-generational expertise in the hospitality industry. Operating over 200 locations across 38 states and 3 countries, Schulte Hospitality Group has cultivated a reputation for excellence by managing an impressive portfolio that incorporates renowned brands such as Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and Hyatt, along with numerous unique, independent, boutique, and lifestyle properties and restaurants. This dynamic and diverse team of innovative hoteliers and restaurateurs is guided by a strong service culture rooted in respect, authenticity, and an unwavering commitment to exceeding the expectations of both internal and external stakeholders. At the core of their mission is fostering an environment that not only prioritizes hospitality but also drives positive impact through continuous improvement and care for every aspect of their operations.

Schulte Hospitality Group is currently seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Room Attendant to join their growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within the hotel environment. As a Room Attendant, you will play a key role in upholding the brand’s reputation for impeccable service through meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest needs. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $16, with opportunities to grow and advance within a supportive and inclusive workplace culture that values employee development. Schulte Hospitality Group offers a fun and flexible work environment designed to foster career growth and provide employees with rewarding experiences.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas meet the company’s stringent cleanliness and sanitation standards. Your duties will involve replenishing linens, bedding, and towels, stocking essential guest supplies such as soap and tissues, and adhering strictly to safety and security procedures. Beyond routine cleaning, you will need to be observant and report any guest items left behind, following the hotel’s lost and found protocols. Knowledge of hotel services, staff roles, and operational hours is vital to assist guests effectively and contribute to a seamless hospitality experience. Schulte Hospitality Group emphasizes teamwork, communication, and exceeding guest expectations, making this an ideal role for individuals who are passionate about providing outstanding service in a fast-paced, guest-centric setting.

Joining Schulte Hospitality Group means becoming part of a company that prioritizes employee well-being and work-life balance. The company offers an attractive benefits package that includes daily pay options, telemedicine and virtual mental health care from day one, multiple health and life insurance plans, 401k with company matching, paid parental leave, paid time off, holiday pay, pet insurance, and employee assistance programs. Additionally, employees enjoy exclusive discounts via the Schulte Savings Marketplace on event tickets, electronics, gym memberships, and more, empowering staff to thrive both professionally and personally. The company’s inclusive, employee-focused approach ensures that every associate feels engaged, empowered, and motivated to grow alongside the business.

If you are a team player with strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction, this role with Schulte Hospitality Group offers an excellent opportunity to excel and advance within the hospitality industry. As an Equal Opportunity Employer, Schulte Hospitality Group welcomes individuals who share their values of respect and authentic hospitality to apply and join their exciting and rapidly expanding team.
