Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial roles preferred
Ability to perform physical tasks and operate cleaning equipment safely
Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow safety guidelines and proper chemical handling procedures
Reliability and punctuality
Basic understanding of laundry operations

Job Qualifications

Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments
Janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued
Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures or housekeeper management is a plus
Skills in various cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward residents or guests
Basic knowledge of laundry processes and equipment operation
Prior experience with hospitality or hotel housekeeping is advantageous but not required
Training will be provided for the right candidate

Job Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, residential units, or communal areas including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items
Conduct floor care activities such as carpet cleaning, buffing, and polishing
Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly
Restock supplies including toiletries, towels, and cleaning products
Respond promptly to special cleaning requests or urgent sanitation needs
Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
