Job Requirements
- minimum high school education
- experience in dining or customer service roles preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- must have a friendly and approachable demeanor
- ability to stand for extended periods
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work with senior residents compassionately
- basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- strong attention to detail
Job Duties
- take orders from residents from a menu with more than forty choices
- serve meals with a friendly and positive attitude
- know residents by name and engage with them personally
- bust tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- assist residents with special dietary needs or requests
- communicate effectively with kitchen and housekeeping staff
- ensure a pleasant dining experience for all residents
