The company has carved a niche in the hospitality sector, specializing exclusively in temporary staffing solutions that connect highly qualified temporary workers with hospitality businesses seeking flexible, dependable labor. STSS prides itself on its strong commitment to providing excellent matches between temporary workers and clients, ensuring the needs of both parties are met with precision and care. STSS prioritizes quality of service and client satisfaction by offering skilled temp workers who bring professionalism, reliability, and a guest-centered mindset to their assignments. Their staffing solutions are perfect for clients who need temporary coverage for a range of hospitality roles without compromising service standards.

The role offered involves working as a Room Attendant, tasked with maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of hotel guest rooms according to established extended-stay hotel standards. This position is essential to delivering a comfortable and welcoming environment for hotel guests, contributing to their overall satisfaction and positive guest experience. The role requires thorough cleaning of rooms, including tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, laundering linens, replenishing guest amenities, and maintaining housekeeping carts and supply rooms. The Room Attendant also plays a significant role in ensuring safety and security by properly managing keys, locking doors, and reporting maintenance or damage concerns promptly.

The role offers flexible employment with options for full-time, part-time, contract, temporary, or internship positions available, paying hourly wages between $8.00 and $15.00, supplemented by bonus pay, tips, and same-day pay benefits.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in housekeeping, particularly in hotel environments, knowledge of proper chemical handling and safety, and guest relations skills. They should be ready to work physically demanding shifts, including weekends, and operate effectively in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Strong teamwork, communication, and a proactive attitude towards guest service and cleanliness are crucial for success in this position.
