The role of Housekeeper is integral to maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning and tidying various areas within the premises efficiently and to the highest standard. This includes routine cleaning duties as well as managing the stocking levels of consumables and maintaining cleaning equipment in good working order. A significant part of your responsibilities will also include delivering excellent customer service by handling guest complaints or requests professionally and timely. You will be expected to create daily job lists and record all serviced rooms to ensure accountability and smooth operations. The position requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with motivation.

This is a full-time, in-person position with an 8 hour shift schedule. Compensation is offered at $17.27 per hour. We prefer candidates with prior cleaning or hotel experience, although this is not mandatory. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and a working knowledge of the English language is important for effective communication on the job. The successful candidate will comply with all company policies and health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
