The Housekeeping role at Ace Hardware is a vital position that contributes significantly to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment within the company’s distribution centers. This position is hourly and offers a starting wage of $18.25 per hour with an additional shift differential of $1.50 per hour for those working non-traditional shifts. The role involves a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks designed to ensure that all areas, including bag good aisles, stairwells, and general warehouse spaces, are kept tidy and safe for all team members. Responsibilities include emptying cardboard and trash, making bales, sweeping, vacuuming assigned areas, picking up broken pallets and debris, and consistently promoting a clean and hazard-free environment.
