Provincial Senior Living is a leading manager of lifestyle-driven Independent Living communities across the United States. With a vast portfolio that encompasses more than 13,000 residential units, Provincial Senior Living is dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors and team members alike. The company operates with a deep commitment to its foundational Pillars of Excellence, which focus on delivering personalized care, exceptional hospitality, and fostering lasting connections within the community. This dedication is reflected in their recognition as a Great Place to Work certified employer from 2022 to 2026, highlighting their strong culture and positive workplace environment.

As one of the largest senior living families in the U.S., Provincial Senior Living proudly offers rewarding career pathways that combine purpose, culture, and professional growth. The company invests heavily in learning and development opportunities for team members, empowering them to build fulfilling and purpose-rich careers in the senior living industry. Their commitment to flexibility is evident in the variety of employment options they provide, including full-time and part-time scheduling arrangements that accommodate different lifestyles and needs.

The role of Housekeeper/Server at Provincial Senior Living is designed to support their mission by maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment that fosters comfort and well-being for residents, families, and staff. This dual-role position blends housekeeping duties with dining services responsibilities, making it a versatile and vital part of the community's day-to-day operations. The position requires a dedicated individual who enjoys working with seniors and can effectively balance the physical and interpersonal aspects of the job.

In the housekeeping capacity, responsibilities include performing cleaning tasks in apartments, common areas, and offices; sanitizing restrooms and various surfaces; maintaining the cleanliness of floors, furniture, and equipment; and managing the collection, cleaning, and redistribution of community laundry. Additionally, safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals are critical to maintaining a healthy environment.

On the server side, duties encompass serving meals using proper food-handling techniques, taking meal orders while ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining impeccable cleanliness in dining areas, and assisting with the setup and resetting of dining rooms. This comprehensive approach ensures that residents not only live in a clean environment but also enjoy a high standard of service in their dining experience.

Provincial Senior Living values strong communication skills, organizational ability, and independence in their team members. The role requires someone who can multitask effectively and is physically capable of handling the demands of the job, including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods. The work environment is indoor and climate-controlled but may involve exposure to cleaning chemicals and occasional unpleasant odors.

The company offers a competitive compensation package that includes access to wages before payday, flexible scheduling, paid time off and holidays for full-time employees, a comprehensive benefits package with health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching. Additional perks include paid training, opportunities for advancement, meals, uniforms, and access to an Employee Assistance Program. This blend of benefits makes Provincial Senior Living not only a great place to work from a cultural standpoint but also a supportive and rewarding place to build a career.

If you are passionate about making a direct impact on the lives of seniors and thrive in a dynamic, caring community, Provincial Senior Living invites you to apply for the Housekeeper/Server position and become part of a team committed to excellence in senior living care and service.
