Job Description
Provincial Senior Living is a leading management company dedicated to operating lifestyle-driven Independent Living communities across the United States, with a steadfast commitment to enhancing the lives of seniors and the team members who serve them. With more than 13,000 units under its care, Provincial Senior Living manages communities that emphasize personalized care, hospitality, and fostering long-lasting connections. Recognized as one of the largest senior living families in the country, Provincial has received the Great Place to Work® certification consecutively from 2022 through 2026, illustrating its dedication to cultivating a supportive and fulfilling workplace environment. The company values the blending of purpose and culture, creating opportunities for meaningful work that inspires team members to build rewarding careers.
At Provincial Senior Living, team members benefit from a comprehensive package that includes competitive wages, access to earned wages before payday, flexible scheduling options for both full-time and part-time positions, paid time off and holidays for full-time employees, a robust benefits package (health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance), 401(k) with employer matching, paid training, career advancement opportunities, meals, uniforms, and an employee assistance program. This combination reflects Provincial's ongoing investment in team member growth, development, and well-being.
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Housekeeper/Server to join our community team. This dual-role position plays a vital part in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, their families, and fellow team members. The Housekeeper/Server combines responsibilities in housekeeping and dining services to maintain comfort and cleanliness that define the quality of life within our communities. As a Housekeeper, the team member will perform thorough cleaning tasks throughout apartments, common areas, and offices, sanitize restrooms and fixtures, maintain floors and furniture, handle community laundry, and manage cleaning chemicals safely.
On the Server side, the role involves serving meals with proper food-handling techniques, taking meal orders while ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness in dining areas through sanitation of tables and chairs, and assisting in dining room setup and resetting. This position requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with the senior population. Candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds, standing and walking frequently, and working indoors in a climate-controlled environment that may involve exposure to cleaning chemicals and some unpleasant odors.
Working at Provincial Senior Living offers an opportunity to make a positive, direct impact on the lives of seniors, helping to maintain a supportive community atmosphere. If contributing to the well-being of others while growing your career appeals to you, apply today to join a team where your efforts will be valued and rewarded.
