Job Description
Provincial Senior Living is a respected leader in the senior living industry, committed to enhancing the lives of older adults through lifestyle-driven Independent Living communities. Operating across the United States, Provincial Senior Living manages more than 13,000 units and serves thousands of residents and their families with a focus on hospitality, personalized care, and meaningful connections. As part of one of the largest senior living families in the nation, Provincial Senior Living communities have earned Great Place to Work certifications from 2022 to 2026, underscoring their dedication to fostering a positive work environment and a culture of excellence.
Provincial Senior Living prioritizes team member development and invests heavily in continuous learning opportunities. This approach supports every team member in building fulfilling and purpose-driven careers. Their foundational Pillars of Excellence drive their mission to provide outstanding care and service, reflecting a deep commitment not only to their residents but also to their employees.
Currently, Provincial Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper/Server to join their team. This dual-role position is vital in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and fellow team members. The role combines housekeeping duties with dining services responsibilities, emphasizing a comfortable and well-maintained community atmosphere. This position is part-time and offers flexible scheduling options that accommodate various work-life needs.
This opportunity provides competitive wages, access to wages before payday, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. Additional benefits include paid time off, holidays, 401(k) plans with employer matching, paid training, career advancement opportunities, meals, uniforms, and an employee assistance program. The Housekeeper/Server will be an active agent in delivering impeccable housekeeping services such as cleaning apartments, common areas, and offices, as well as sanitizing restrooms and maintaining community laundry. In the server aspect of the role, the individual will serve meals utilizing proper food-handling techniques, take meal orders ensuring guest satisfaction, and help maintain cleanliness in dining areas.
The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and organizational skills, enjoys working with seniors, and has experience in either housekeeping or fine dining, though this may be preferred rather than mandatory. Physical requirements such as lifting up to 25 pounds regularly, frequent standing, walking, and reaching are essential to perform the duties successfully. The work environment is predominantly indoors within climate-controlled settings, though exposure to cleaning chemicals and odors may occur.
By joining Provincial Senior Living as a Housekeeper/Server, you contribute to a meaningful and rewarding mission that blends purpose with career growth. If you are motivated by helping others and want to work within a supportive community that values you as much as the residents you serve, this part-time opportunity offers a strong path forward.
