Job Description

Provincial Senior Living is a prominent organization dedicated to managing lifestyle-centric Independent Living communities across the United States. With a robust portfolio encompassing over 13,000 units, the company serves thousands of residents and their families. Provincial Senior Living operates with a strong commitment to their foundational Pillars of Excellence, which emphasize personalized care, exceptional hospitality, and fostering lasting connections within their communities. Recognized as one of the largest senior living families in the country, Provincial communities proudly hold Great Place to Work certifications from 2022 through 2026, underscoring their dedication to creating a positive, engaging work environment. The organization values meaningful work and offers extraordinary career pathways by investing in continuous learning and development opportunities for all team members. This approach helps employees build fulfilling, purpose-driven careers in an environment where culture and purpose are harmoniously aligned.

The position available is for a Housekeeper/Server, a unique dual-role opportunity that blends housekeeping and dining services responsibilities within a senior living community. The primary goal of this role is to contribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, their families, and fellow team members. As a Housekeeper/Server, you will perform essential cleaning tasks in apartments, common areas, and offices, including sanitizing restrooms, fixtures, and surfaces, maintaining floors and furniture, and managing laundry duties. On the server side, responsibilities include serving meals while adhering to proper food-handling techniques, taking meal orders, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. You will also assist with dining room setup and resetting, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for residents.

This full-time or part-time role offers competitive wages, access to wages before payday, flexible scheduling options, and a comprehensive benefit package for full-time employees. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, paid time off and holidays, paid training, opportunities for advancement, meals and uniforms, and an Employee Assistance Program. The role demands a candidate who enjoys working with the senior population, possesses strong communication and organizational skills, and can efficiently manage multiple tasks independently. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, along with frequent standing, walking, and reaching in a climate-controlled indoor environment that may expose the employee to cleaning chemicals and odors. This position offers a meaningful career opportunity where you can make a direct impact on the lives of seniors while working in a supportive and dynamic team setting. If you are passionate about creating exceptional living environments and providing outstanding service, Provincial Senior Living invites you to apply and join their dedicated team.
