Grand Villa of Port Charlotte is currently seeking dedicated and reliable Housekeepers to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in helping maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of our community, which directly contributes to the comfort and wellbeing of our residents. As a Housekeeper with us, you will play an integral role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere by performing essential cleaning duties throughout resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces. A background screening, as mandated by Florida law, is required for all employees, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred but not required
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- reliable and punctual
- ability to communicate effectively
- willingness to comply with background screening as mandated by Florida law
