We are currently recruiting for the position of Seasonal Housekeeper at our WorldMark Big Bear Resort. This role is a full-time seasonal employment opportunity with an hourly wage of $18.00 and offers a comprehensive range of health and welfare benefits to associates working 30 or more hours weekly. Temporary or seasonal associates are not eligible for paid time off, but can enjoy other benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, life and accident coverage, disability, a wellness program, and a 401(k) plan with employer match, subject to eligibility and tenure.

As a housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in supporting general resort operations by ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the resort units according to established quality standards. This position requires dedication to maintaining the guest experience through meticulous cleaning of sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms. Tasks include vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing various areas, making beds, replenishing supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries, and managing linens. You will also be expected to handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, resolving issues to enhance overall satisfaction.

Success in this role demands the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills to interact confidently with employees, guests, and owners, and the self-motivation to work independently while following instructions accurately. A professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude with a focus on teamwork are essential. Physical ability is required to lift up to 50 pounds, indicating the need for good physical stamina.
