Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- prior experience operating commercial washers and dryers is helpful but not required
- ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach overhead
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to work in varying temperatures
- comfortable working with cleaning chemicals, vacuums, and other housekeeping equipment

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms according to hotel standards
- replenish guest supplies and amenities
- inspect rooms and report rooms ready for sale to the Front Desk
- dust and clean all guest room furnishings and fixtures
- check room conditions and report maintenance concerns or damages
- maintain housekeeping carts and cleaning supplies in a safe and organized manner
- respond promptly and professionally to guest requests
- handle guest concerns courteously and effectively
- promote a positive guest experience through friendly and helpful service
- assist with laundry operations and public area cleaning
- complete deep-cleaning assignments as directed
- follow all hotel policies, safety procedures, and emergency protocols
- wear required uniform and name tag
- maintain personal cleanliness and professional appearance
- work cooperatively with team members and other departments
- be flexible with scheduling, including weekends and holidays
- support the Mission, Vision, and Values of the company
- perform additional duties as assigned
