Job Requirements

  • Must have previous cleaning experience
  • must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • must be able to read, understand, interpret and carry out directions
  • must be able to regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • must be able to walk and stand at least 95 percent of the shift
  • must be able to reach, push, pull, bend, stoop, twist, and carry
  • must be able to use hands for manual activities
  • maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness
  • excellent team player with positive and helpful attitude
  • must be able to work independently with minimum or no supervision

Job Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests

  • capable of reading, understanding, interpreting, and carrying out directions and instructions

Job Duties

  • Clean guest rooms daily ensuring all areas are completed in the designated timeframe
  • ensure that all guest rooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • provide thoughtful touches to enhance the guest experience such as arranging personal items, closing curtains, and placing bedside mats
  • work closely with the housekeeping and front office teams to ensure guest preferences and special requests are met
  • complete daily checklists and assigned room allotments
  • maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness
  • adapt to daily work tasks to meet business needs
