The Housekeeper/Room Attendant at Ironworks Hotel plays a crucial role in creating the exceptional experiences that define Geronimo Hospitality Group. This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms and public spaces, ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable and welcoming environment. The role requires positive guest interactions, as attendants may be the first or last staff members guests see during their stay. As a Housekeeper/Room Attendant, your daily duties will include greeting guests warmly, reviewing the day’s room inventory including arrivals and departures, and ensuring that all cleaning supplies are stocked and ready. The cleaning process covers dusting, vacuuming, making beds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen areas, and maintaining the lobby and common areas. Quality cleaning must be performed efficiently to meet high standards and adhere to all safety guidelines. Additionally, you may be called upon to pick up litter around the hotel grounds or assist with other tasks as assigned by your team leader.
