Job Description

Hotel Lucile is an exciting new boutique hotel opening in late summer 2026, located in the vibrant and artistic neighborhood of Silver Lake, Los Angeles. This unique property is housed within an iconic 1931 landmark church that blends historical charm with modern luxury. The hotel features 25 beautifully designed rooms and offers guests a rich experience through its preserved original architectural details such as stained glass windows, soaring wood beams, and a unique choir loft space. Beyond accommodation, the hotel boasts an inviting restaurant, bar, rooftop area, and swimming pool, along with a continuously rotating schedule of art and community events that foster a welcoming and dynamic atmosphere. As part of Casetta's collection, Hotel Lucile aims to create a distinctive hospitality experience that celebrates the local culture and history while delivering impeccable service and comfort.

We are currently building the opening team in preparation for the hotel's grand debut, seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to a vibrant new destination. The Housekeeper / Room Attendant plays an essential role in maintaining the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This position involves cleaning guest rooms and public areas to ensure every space reflects the hotel’s commitment to quality and care. From making beds and replenishing room amenities to inspecting for maintenance issues, the Housekeeper is integral to the guest experience from arrival through departure. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a positive attitude as the individual collaborates closely with front desk and maintenance teams to resolve issues quickly and ensure a seamless stay for all guests.

This is a full-time opportunity offering competitive pay at $23 per hour, with extensive benefits including a 401k with company match, health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees, paid vacation and holiday pay, maternity and paternity leave, professional advancement opportunities, leadership development, and travel perks across hotel properties. This role is ideal for someone who values teamwork, takes pride in their work environment, and desires to grow within a forward-thinking and community-oriented hospitality company. The opening team will be vital in shaping the culture and standards of Hotel Lucile, making this an exciting chance to be part of an innovative hotel brand from the ground up.
