Job Requirements
- Must be able to speak and understand English
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and performing repetitive physical tasks
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Must comply with Hilton’s dress code and grooming policies
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent work quality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good communication and guest service skills
- Physical stamina for active work including lifting and standing for long periods
Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms thoroughly including bathrooms and living spaces
- Make beds and change linens
- Dust and vacuum rooms and public areas
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries and amenities
- Manage and transport housekeeping carts across the hotel
- Interact politely and helpfully with guests to enhance their stay
- Ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards
