Compensation for this position is competitive, with a budgeted hourly rate of $19.29, which reflects the premium service standards and responsibilities involved. Additionally, the opportunity to work at Thompson Denver means being part of a culture that values empathy, integrity, respect, inclusion, experimentation, and wellbeing.

Team members at Thompson Denver have access to an excellent benefits package that supports health, financial wellness, and lifestyle needs. From a selection of health and welfare plans to retirement savings options like a 401(k), college saving plans, and employee stock purchase plans, the hotel ensures that its employees are taken care of both on and off the job. Employees are also entitled to paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, family bonding time, adoption assistance, complimentary and discounted stays at Hyatt properties worldwide, free meals during shifts, transit passes, and educational assistance. Benefits apply to both full-time and part-time colleagues, with vacation time available after just 90 days of employment.

Joining Thompson Denver means becoming part of a workforce that not only meets but exceeds the highest hospitality standards while benefiting from a positive, innovative, and rewarding workplace culture. Prospective applicants should be prepared to contribute to a fast-paced yet collaborative team environment, where attention to detail, adaptability, and a passion for customer satisfaction are essential.
