Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting preferred
- ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks
- good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- one year of related experience in the hospitality or service industry preferred
- strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- must be able to perform physical functions required by the position such as lifting moderate items, standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- flexible availability including am/pm shifts, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- clean and sanitize assigned guest rooms to meet hotel standards
- replenish linens, toiletries, and supplies as needed
- report maintenance and safety issues promptly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas
- assist with laundry duties when required
- collaborate with team members to ensure timely room readiness
- provide courteous and responsive service to guests
